Attract, Convert, Retain

Attract, Convert, Retain

Insight Data’s EDGE 2026 message was ‘Attract, Convert, Retain’ to generate and convert more opportunities and build strong long-term relationships.

The recent event presented a growth model to business leaders, sales and marketing professionals for a day focused on turning opportunity into action. It also explored how better data, smarter technology and more focused strategies and tactics can help businesses achieve sustainability even in a challenging market.

The new Salestracker

Andrew Scott drew on more than 35 years in business to challenge delegates to think differently about business expansion, avoid reactive decision-making and build greater consistency into their performance.

The event also saw the launch of the next generation of Salestracker, Insight Data’s software platform containing more than 50,000 trade and commercial prospects. The new platform combines data, CRM, mobile Apps and powerful built-in marketing automation, giving customers the tools to drive more consistent and effective sales and marketing activity.

Opportunities

A customer panel featuring Jo Trotman of Window Widgets and The Residence Collection, Steve Collett of Dekko and Alyson Westbrook of FrameXpress explored how Salestracker supports their commercial activity.

Keynote speaker Matt Tyler, a director of Dowlas, a specialist property consultant and project management company, highlighted the scale of opportunity across the UK commercial and new-build sectors.

90-day growth plan

Delegates left Insight EDGE with a practical 90 Day Growth Plan, designed to turn the ideas and opportunities discussed throughout the day into focused action.

Andrew Scott said: “EDGE was about giving businesses fresh ideas, practical tools and the confidence to act. The opportunity is there but growth comes from turning that opportunity into consistent action.”
