In Safe Hands Safeware A G-Awards Award Finalist Again

The G26 Awards Component Supplier of the Year category has seen Safeware announced as a finalist. The company was the winner of 2025 Promotional Campaign of the Year.

Rob Hartill, the commercial director at Safeware, said: “Following our win last year, it’s fantastic recognition for the Safeware team and for the strong relationships we’ve built with our customers and manufacturing partners.”

Safeware’s G26 entry highlighted strong year-on-year growth, expansion into new markets and strategic relationships with leading hardware manufacturers, alongside the company’s continued evolution beyond traditional hardware distribution.

Yale partnership

Among the developments showcased was Safeware’s long-standing partnership with Yale and its role in bringing connected smart security to the fenestration market, including the development of SensCheck technology and the industry’s first smart hardware solution for aluminium windows.

Hartill added: “Our focus has always been on creating value beyond simply supplying hardware. By understanding the challenges our customers face, we can identify opportunities and develop solutions that improve performance, reduce costs and strengthen their competitive position.”

Trade counters

The entry also demonstrated Safeware’s consultative approach to hardware specification, highlighting a major composite and fire door project, alongside the development of its turnkey trade counter proposition for replacement window and door hardware.

Today, Safeware supplies more than 2,500 tested and accredited hardware products through over 70 strategic manufacturing partners, supported by ongoing investment in testing, accreditation, technical support and product development.

Going to dinner

Hartill concluded: “To follow last year’s G-Awards win by being named a finalist again is a great achievement. It’s testament to the hard work of the entire Safeware team and the support of our customers and partners. We’re looking forward to celebrating with everyone at the G-Awards presentation on Friday 27 November.”
